Pricing for Git for JIRA Cloud plugin

Hello, we have about 100 users in our JIRA Cloud, but "Git for JIRA Cloud" plugin needs only for 20 user. Is there any way to pay only for those users that we needed?

No, you need to pay for all users who *might* have access to it, meaning all of the 100 using your system.
