Possibility to mark object as discarded in Insight CSV import (no delete objects, but mark it)

Hello,

I need help - advice with Jira Insight CSV imports. Is any way to preserve outdated data when importing CSV file and at the same time mark them as outdated/discarded in any way? As an example, I'm importing a list of desktop PCs, discarded pcs are no longer in the new CSV, but I don't want to delete them from Insight, just mark them as discarded.
