Permission error when creating customer request into script in post function

Hello community

Im using a groovy script in post function to create n other issues

When i create a customer request in portal with an administrator that work perfectly, and when create it with a user with role Service Desk Customers, only first issue is created and i have this error in french

==> [Désolé, vous ne pouvez pas créer de tickets pour l'instant, car il est nécessaire d'avoir accès à une application Jira pour ce faire. Pour obtenir l'accès à une application, vous devez être membre d'un groupe affecté à cette application.]


Service desk customers have access to create issues 



there is other permission to grant ??

I m using Jira Service Management - 4.20.11 and script runner 6.50.0
