Only schema managers can select a user fromthe list in "User" type fields

we have upgraded our Insight to version 8.7.2, and we realized that users with role "Object Schema Developers" can not see the list of users in those fields created as "User" type in the different objects.

When they try to edit the value of a "User" type field, an error appears:

"The Jira server was contacted but has returned an error response. We are unsure of the result of this operation."

Users with role "Object Schema Manager" can open the list of users and choose one with no problem.

This is the first time that we see this problem in our schema, so we think that this is happening after upgrading the Insight version.

Do you know if there is a bug, or this is a new feature in 8.7.2?

So far my staff are having the same problem. I concur with your observations. Only Object Schema Manager is working.

I had previously thought Object Type Manager is sufficient but that's no longer true.

Looking for a solution too.
