Oauth issue in private app

I have created a private app to show demo for my product team. I have made the app private and added a few contacts under the contact tab when I share the installation URL and when they install and try to use it throws an Authorization error. 

You don’t have access to this app.

This application is in development - only the owner of this application may grant it access to their account.

 

What should I do now? Please do the needful.
