Newrelic and Jira cloud two-way communication test failed to update destination

I am using Jira Cloud and set up integration with Relic. Using a service account and Token. Communication is working fine in one way (all updates from Newrelic get applied to Jira issues), but when I try to enable two-way communication, the communication test fails with an error: "Credentials provided were Invalid". It is same account.

Any idea what could be wrong here?
