Modify Cascade Dropdown Custom Field Structure

I am using QMetry for JIRA Cloud,  I have implemented some custom fields on the test case and test cycles schemas in QMetry and was wondering if there is a way to increase the number of levels available on Cascade Dropdown custom fields,  currently I am able to Provide Name to the field, a parent level and a child level.  I would love to add one more level to provide more valuable value to what we are using this field for.  Is that possible
