Job Name in Hook

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
This plugin Happens to work fine while I try to trigger a Job in Jenkins in Home Folder.
Whereas when I try to trigger a job from subfolder in Jenkins , Get an error "Job Not Found"

Project parameter_build_test
Full project name: TEST/parameter_build_test
