We integrated Zendesk with Jira.
The JSM project uses Assets fields, which have the functionality to filter the form fields.
When creating the ticket in Zendesk, the asset fields are not displayed.
Is there any way to resolve this?

May I know how exactly have you integrated your Zendesk instance with Jira?
Although it is a tricky to sync asset fields directly, but you can still attempt to sync them using the fully customizable groovy based scripting interface.
Is your Jira instance on Cloud or is it hosted On-Premise?
