Jira Mobile connect for Android

I am looking to implement a bug reporting and tracking tool in both iOS and Android versions of an app being built with Xamarin.

Does Jira have tools for this?

There is a Jira Connect plugin that works in Cloud and Server:

https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.atlassian.jconnect.jconnect-plugin/cloud/overview

It will let you create anonymous tickets but at the same time you can send information like email address so you can come back to the user later on

I am trying to solve for the same scenario(collect issue directly from and ios or android app). Your link confuses me... am I missing something? I don't see any cloud version for the jira connect plugin

Hey, the jira-connect addon is already pre-installed in cloud. You don't have to install it.
