Jira Cloud/Bitbucket connector for Teams does not give option for custom site login

Our company has a hosted (or "custom site") Jira and Bitbucket environment. I would like to use the Jira Cloud and Bitbucket connectors in Teams to manage my Jira and Bitbucket issues, branches, and pull requests.

However, when given the option to login, it will only accept an email. For our environment, I use my company employee ID.

I would like to either request steps on how to make this work or put in a request to allow for 'custom sites' to be able to authenticate and use this connector.
