Hello Team,
Quick question regarding automation!
I created a rule to allow automation to occur when an assignee is chosen from a certain team (using memberOf the particular team), then automation will choose the Engineering Team I specified. It works!
Question - If I wanted to do the same thing for more teams, can I do it in THIS rule or do I have to create a new rule for each team?
If I am able to do it in this rule, how can I do this? I am puzzled.
Thanks
Henry
Hi Henri,
I think what you are looking for is branching your condition. You could do it with the "If/else block" condition (please refer to the screenshot attached).
Regards,
Florian
Hello Florian,
First off, thanks for the response! Much appreciated!
Second, I followed your input and was able to get the results based off of branching.
Thanks again and have a great day! :-)
Henry
