I was looking to incorporate Zapier and Jira together, so when a trigger is triggerred in Zapier, it will pre-fill a JIRA ticket and create it. HOwever, our JIRA instance is not public, so we would need to whitelist it. ALso, we use Okta SSO. I have read on your website that if the JIRA is SSO'd. it is not supported
My question:
1- Can i create a user in Atlassian without messing up the SSO protocol? I want to create a dummy user that uses a password and use that credential to log onto zapier
2- I see the list of IP address ranges. How do whitelist that exactly? DO i whitelist that on atlassian side?
In case you've not found your solution using Zapier, try out Automate.io - the best alternative to zapier in my opinion.
I've been using Automate.io and a lot of workflows around Jira and 80+ other apps are possible.
You can check it out here -

Cheers.
