I would like to create an approval workflow where I can have yearly reviews of my document, but allow updates in between. What's happening now, every time the document gets updated it overrides the initial annual review date to most resent one to be a year from now. I know there is a way to set a date, but I don't want that. I want to have a yearly review, so I am not sure if it's possible to have two different workflows on one page, or one workflow with two different triggers. One to trigger an annual review, and one just when minor updates are done.
For example:
In progress, pending review, pending approval, then approved = for this to be when document is created and updated later
In Review, Ready for Review, then moves to annual approval = for annual reviews, but somehow to connect first time creation of the document to annual approval expiry date.

Hi @Ste Wright ,
Here is the visual of it. I'm trying to have a flow where we first create a document to go thought 1st flow (1st & update), and to use it for any updates in between. Then 2nd flow (1yr) after annual review to have it track for me when that one year is up, and annual review is needed. But, I am not sure how to do that without having the annual review state to update every time it goes through any updates in the first flow.
I would like for an annual review to only expire annually after review is performed, and then updates to be treated separately. Not sure if that makes sense.
