Is there a way to configure the story/issue cards?

We are looking to buy a plugin which helps in user story mapping and in the process validating "Easy user story map" plugin. The only thing we were hoping to see in this plugin is the ability to add different fields(assignee,reporter etc.) on the story cards like you change the card layout on the board. Is this something you have in your backlog or are you planning to implement this feature in future? Adding this feature will make this tool really useful for us.

Good news - we've had that request from several customers and it has been on our roadmap from day 1. We plan to replicate the backlog card layout from the agile board the story map is attached to.

There is one large feature on the roadmap we want to ship and then we plan to move on to the card layout.

Is there a way to limit who on the team can view and/or use the tool? Or if there is a way to limit which JIRA projects have the ability to see the functionality?

Hi Saarvaani,

The only limit today is on projects - you will only see the story map on JIRA Software projects.

Hi Balki,

Our next Server release will show both the Status and Assignee on the card. This has been available to JIRA Cloud customers for a month now.

As far as replicating the backlog card layout from the associated agile board - this is still on the backlog as we await a JIRA Software API that is not currently available. That API is tracked in JSWCLOUD-13728 and JSWSERVER-13728.
