Is there a way to add Jira "Key" in automated email being sent out after an issue is closed?

I have a project automation set up to send an email with a link to a survey once an issue is closed. I would like to add the "key" to the email subject line so customers know what issue they are answering the survey for.

You can do that using an automation app such as Automation for Jira. Are you on Atlassian Cloud or Data Center? Which automation app are you using to implement it?
