i have jira app (data center) Jira Data Center 9.12 and Scriptrunner 8.17.0 installed.
My goal is to have an intergration between Jira on premise data center and Gmail to create issue when received an email to gmail email linked to the project
I am trying to add mail server in Incoming mail by filling the below values
Protocol=SECURE_POP
Host Name=pop.gmail.com
POP / IMAP Port=995
Username=xxx@gmail.com
Authentication method= Password
Password=xxx
when trying to test the connection , i am getting
AuthenticationFailedException: [AUTH] Username and password not accepted
Can you please confirm that it is only related to gmail account security setting ?(setting ON less secure app)
