Integrating Real-Time Splunk for Jira Service Desk with JiraOps, OpsGenie and Insight AM

Hello,

Can someone please tell me if it is possible to integrate the following Jira CLOUD add-ons into one cohesive unit:

Integrating:

1. Real-Time Splunk for Jira Service Desk

2. JiraOps,

3. OpsGenie

4. Insight Asset management

Hi @Miroslav Preradovic ,

I'm unsure about the Insight Asset Management aspect of this, but Opsgenie can integrate with Splunk and your JSM instance. Jira Ops is now deprecated, and JSD has rebranded as JSM.

Splunk can create Opsgenie alerts, and Opsgenie alerts can automate the creation of JSM issues if that meets your workflow. There's a new JSM integration framework, as well as our older JSM framework. But both have the functionality to create JSM issues from Opsgenie alerts.
