I have Insight installed on my JSD instance and i'm trying to implement a service desk for request office supplies from our facilities department. What i'm trying to do is add a request form that has an insight custom field where users can choose their required supplies, which i've already done, but I have no clue how to add a field for quantity and map it the required item.
