We have been using INFOdation TMS for quite a while now on many projects.
Lately, though, on new JIRA projects we cannot enable it (we get an infinite progress loop and at the end an error "Something's went wrong". On existing projects it works flawlessly.
I haven't tried uninstall and reinstalling app because I guess we will loose all of our data.
Does anyone have any experience with this?

I think there is a problem in general with the Infodation app at the moment, you are not the only person who has reported a problem the last couple of weeks.
I think this needs to go to Infodation support.
