I try to install apps (BigPicture/Gantt) but they uninstall/disappear after a few minutes

I've tried to install BigGantt, BigPicture and WBS Gantt Chart via the app market. They install successfully and I try to configure them but after a few minutes, they completely disappear from my Jira. They are no longer under manage apps or in the sidebar/
