I have updated a custom field name but it is still showing old value on the portal

Hi, 

I have edited the name of a custom field within the Field Configuration.  However when I am then looking on the customer portal the field is still showing the old value.

Welcome to our Community.

Please go to JSM Project Setting -> Request Type -> Request Form to set the field name showing to the customers on the portal.

The fields showing in the request form and issue view can be different.
