I get an error -something went wrong- when opening timesheets although I have the permission

I cannot use timesheet add-on although I have the add-on permission.

Here is the error message:

If it is the add-on that isn't working, I would encourage you to contact the vendor, who should be able to support you to resolve the issue. If the add-on is Tempo, you can open a ticket through their marketplace listing here - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/294/time-tracker-jira-time-reports-project-dashboard-tempo?hosting=cloud&tab=support 

If it's another add-on, you can search for it and contact the vendor to ask them for help.
