I couldn't see issues on RTM App

Hi,

I am using Jira with RTM for last 6 months. I had updated Requirements, Test Cases, Test Plan, Test Executed, Defects on RTM with folders. All the data are lost. I can able to view issues on Jira. But  I couldn't see Folders and updated issues on RTM App. Could anyone help me on this?

Hi Michael Raj

I have the same issue, because I want to export the requirements data to MS Word documents via a Template. Unfortunally I haven't found a solution yet, but I want to monitor this thread.
