Hello @Oskars Laganovskis
Thank you for your quick response.
As you mentioned in above comment click on "Authorize Tempo". I have already done this things but constantly I got error while i clicking on button i will redirect new page and the page.
Hi @Yashvant Ghonsikar when you close the browser tab with the notification about the connection failed, eazyBI can finally see that the OAUTH authorization failed and can enable the previous option - authorization via API token.
While you still have that other tab open, eazyBI cannot determine if the authorization process is still in progress or has failed.
So, the course of action:
1) attempt authorization via OAUTH, the authorization process takes place in additional browser tab
2) if the authorization process has failed, close the browser tab of the authorization process, which will enable token authorization
3) enter the Tempo API token and save import settings
If that still fails, please contact eazyBI support directly over e-mail.
Regards,
Oskars / eazyBI support

Hi @Yashvant Ghonsikar ,
The latest developments include the option of authorizing data import via automatically regenerated tokens instead of manual token regeneration every 30-60 days. You should click on "Authorize Tempo" button.
The user should have the relevant Tempo Permission Roles for data access.
If the OAUTH authorization fails, the previous way of long-term token is available.
If you still face trouble authorizing data import - please contact support@eazyBI.com with more details.
Regards,
Oskars / eazyBI Support
