How to use Scriptrunner to add Proforma in Issues.

Hi Team,

We need to add validation and post function in our workflow that when you move from one status to another status, Proforma form should be added automatically into Issues and based on values selected we need to create different issues.

When you say "based on values selected we need to create different issues" do you mean that you'd like to use answers in a form to trigger creation of a new issue?
