How to use Giphy (GIF) for Confluence?

I use Confluence Cloud and can't find the side bar add on to use giphy. Can someone help?

In the new editor I can find Giphy here:

Then a new window appears:

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

Hrm.....When I click that button it brings up the file browser for my computer.....what am I doing wrong?

Same here, they must have changed it. Back to downloading GIFs and then manually upload i guess...
