How to uninstall the Jira Cloud for Spreadsheet/GoogleSheet?

I want to uninstall this Jira Cloud for Spreadsheet/GoogleSheet, how can I do that?

I don't even know where is this come from? I checked in the "Manage your apps" but cannot find anything installed in the User-installed apps list.

Btw, I am on mac, if anyone know how to uninstall this in mac it is very appreciated.

Please ignore the question, just realized that this is originally from Jira, I was not aware that is already there from the beginning.
