Hi,
I set up a Structure board that our team of designers use to order upcoming priorities. (using on a JaaS project)
The problem is, items do not stay in the order that they're placed, and (possibly related?) they won't be in sync with each other.
- The board is set up with Automation to pull in specific issue types. (no ordering in the query)
- The board is configured to allow manually ordering.
- I recently added 'Reorder Manually' in the controllers for automation as an attempt to fix this, but no luck.
I've seen similar behavior in other boards where it does some sorting beyond what the rules express.
Is this common? Have others seen it?
I'm hoping that I'm just missing a checkbox somewhere!
