How to show/hide select field values based on issue status

I am trying to create a Sub-Status field that only shows certain values in the dropdown based on which "Status" the ticket is in at the time. 

Does anyone know how we can do this with a behaviour?

This isn't possible natively; you'll need an App which can allow for this behaviour, such as Scriptrunner

You could then check out whether Behaviours can help achieve this: https://docs.adaptavist.com/sr4js/latest/features/behaviours
