First of all, I am unable to register at the Xray support portal:

Is that normal?
Second:
When I am doing a Scheduled report with the Xporter for Datacenter app, I get a blank line in the first row of the CSV.
The template file looks like this:
There are no blank rows in the beginning of the template.
The CSV output looks like this, generated from the above-mentioned template file:
The configuration is this:
We are using Jira 8.13.9 Datacenter and Xporter 6.9.4.

The problem was caused because of the trial license. After purchasing a valid, commercial license, the problem has been resolved.
