How to know which projects are using the plugin Easy Agile TeamRythm for Jira Cloud (formerly Easy Agile User Story Maps) aside from manually going to each project.

There is no way to do this, apps are installed system-wide and the only way you'll know if they are in use is to ask the users or look at the config by hand.

Hi @BG Pantaleon

Tenille here from Easy Agile. Thanks for your question. We’d like to help you out as much as we can, but as far as we know, there isn’t any way to query app usage by project in Jira.

We collect some high-level analytics events so that we can understand how people are using our apps, but not to the level of detail that you’re after.

As Nic has suggested above, the best way to understand app usage is by talking to your team.

Please do contact us via support@easyagile.com if there’s anything we can help with.
