How to import my data from ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus to Jira Cloud

We are moving from ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus to Jira and I need to move my data. Unfortunately, I have not found a clean way of moving this data. Any help is appreciated.

Hi @Otto Kirby,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Does ManageEngine ServiceDesk allow you to export the data to a csv file? Or does it have an API that can be used to get the data out? If you can export it out to a csv file that data can then be imported in Jira using the external csv importer.
