There is currently no support for conslidated reporting.

Let's assume you have version sync between Project A, Project B and Project C. In this scenario, creating a Version Workload Report for a version in Project A will not include information from Project B or Project C. However, the version is created on each JIRA project so you can create this report independently for each project.
