During regression testing, QA often does not execute every single test case but instead a selection. When the test execution is complete, we would still like to update the Final Test Run Status to 'PASS', to indicate that regression testing did not identify any showstoppers that would hold up release.
When we set the Final Test Run Status to 'PASS', all test steps get their status automatically updated to PASS as well.
Is there a way around this? Can we mark the Final Test Run Status as 'PASS' without having affecting the status of the Test Steps we chose not to run?
