How do I link the waterfall created tasks in project 1 and 3?

I have three projects:
1. Content
2. Design
3. Development

All shuffles in projects with the same type - Story

I have a Server Jira

I've already created links:

a) if in project 1 the task gets to the status Waiting for design -> create a new task in project 2 to the status In progress (tasks in project 1 and 2 are linked as "relates to")

b) if the task in the project 2 is in Design Ready -> create a new task in the project 3 to the status To work (tasks in the project 2 and 3 are linked as "relates to", so we already have three related tasks in three different projects)

Question:

How do I create a link to the starting task itself from project 1, after I have created a task link in project 2-3?

So, I already have set links in tasks from projects 1-2 and 2-3, I need "relates to" links in tasks from projects 1-3 or 1-2-3
