How do I fully backup Zephyr Capture Test Session data from a Cloud instance?

Hi, 

We are planning to migrate from a Cloud instance of Jira to a Server instance. So far we have successfully restored a cloud backup into the Server instance all except for the test session data which appears to be missing from the backup XML after March 2018. 

Do you have any idea why the more recent Test Session data might have not gone into the backup?
