Do i have to use a SQL querie or some script in Tempo, Jira, database , and if so , which tables or how ? or something else ? (list of all users who have been given the permission to approve timesheet (all approvers and all team membership shoud be listed by the script or the SQL ).
The tempo plugin permit only to know approvers for a given team. So you have to go manually via the tempo menu on a given team, to see who has the ''approve timesheet permission'' for this team (you have to do this , handly , team by team, so it could take a very long time to go through all the team). You do not have the possibility with menu to list all approvers and teams in one shot and to liste all of them.
