How can I recover access to an issue in test execution?

I have a test cycle with very few test cases (23) and three of them cannot be accessed using the Test Execution page, they stop at some moment around 50% and cannot see the issue (whole page is grayed out).

When trying to open these same issues on the design view, they are displayed correctly, but not the EXECUTION HISTORY section, giving me the same situation.

I can update their status from the Cycle page, but now I need to export the issues for a report and that is giving me a hard time, since these same issues are preventing me from exporting successfully. If I delete the mentioned issues the report can be exported in around 15 seconds. If I leave (or add again) the "conflict" test cases I never get the export file. What can I do to solve it? I tried removing and adding again the test cases but I think the problem may be in the execution history.

I am using Zephyr on the cloud repo.
