How can I create a task/s, based on the status change of another task

I have a workflow where two tasks are created upon a form being edited, but then I want a further 5 tasks to be created, once one of the original tasks is resolved.

Thanks for getting in touch. You can use an issue transitioned trigger, followed by 5 create issue actions. For example:

Thank you for your reply much appreciated.

I need this to be generated of the back of a task being completed, not and issue status changing.

This is what I have done, but it doesn't work.

So two tasks generated from issue being edited. Then 3 tasks generated once one of the original two is resolved.
