I installed oomnitza asset tracking software on our Jira cloud instance. I'm trying to follow the instructions below to configure it but without any luck.
I'm trying to get to this portal (https://customer.oomnitza.com/login) as described in these instructions (https://oomnitza.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/222176487-Oomnitza-JIRA-Cloud-User-Guide) but when I try to go that URL it doesn't go anywhere. No 404 or 401 errors, just can't reach the web site?
I get not authorized when I visit that link as well (https://oomnitza.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/222176487-Oomnitza-JIRA-Cloud-User-Guide)
Did you ever receive an answer to your question Mohsen? I am having the same issue in setup.
