Hide Transition Screen to certain status?

Hi,

is it possible to hide a screen/transition screen when it get to certain status?

For example, when the status is Open, I can access the screen, but when it received Closed status, I want to hide it from user. 

I am using Jira Work Management right now. But somehow I couldn't create my own condition. Do you have any other way to execute this certain problem?

Try Removing the transition screen that you might have added in the transition and see if it works!.

Thank you so much for answering this question. 
After several workaround, I finally find the solution. I just need to add a condition to my transition screen (a branch condition one). But again thank you for your response
