Getting Error message for the User/Status Statistics Tab

Hi Andrey,

We have installed you Issue History Collector add-on to our JIRA server.

However we get an error message when we click on the User/Status and Status/User Statistics tab.

"Error rendering 'ru.andreymarkelov.atlas.plugins.datacollector:user-status-panel'. Please contact your JIRA administrators.

What could be causing the issue and is there a workaround?

Problem was that the JIRA Admin by default downloaded the latest version listed 1.2.5.1 for  JIRA Server 6.4 - 6.4.13.

However system was running JIRA 7.

When JIRA Admin downloaded 1.2.7 for   JIRA Server 7.0.0 - 7.1.6, then issue was solved and the tabs rendered and displayed information ok.
