Get multiple users from different attributes of same object and Set in multiple user custom field

Currently, I have many multiple user attributes in one object. I want to get all the users and set them into one multiple-user custom field in the issue.

Already have an Assets object field that is linked with objects and issues. the value will automatically selected. Now, just want get users values from other attributes.
