GAD Teams are not visible in the Dashboard

I need all the GAD Teams in the JIRA from all the projects.

GAD Team is a custom field.

To do that I created a filter query ‘Non Empty GAD Teams’, and created a two dimensional widget in the Dashboard (scroll down and on the right) The point here is that the dashboard is showing the total record at the bottom for the project as a big number (e.g. for the Omni it’s a high number) but when you see the GAT: Team, it does not show all the teams. Why?

Is it some restriction? That is true with Light House Project and team LH Development as well.

Is there any Json available to get this listing quickly?

What type of field is "GAD Team", what is the filter you are using, and what results does the filter give you?

Bear in mind we are not your administrators or part of your organisation and we have no knowledge of what you mean by GAD, GAT, Omni, Lighthouse etc.
