Hi All!
I'm trying to figure out how to automate numbering in a form I created in Forms for Confluence. Below is an example of the desired behavior:
Once user clicks the Submit button, that record would be assigned a unique ID. (i.e., Change-1, Change-2, and so on.
The text before the number is not required but would like to have if possible. Would greatly appreciate support that anyone can provide!
