My csv-upload in the Xray Test Case Importer doesn´t work, before the same structure worked however.
Could it be that there are certain characters that aren´t allowed?

It could be related to encoding issues; please check the CSV file encoding and make sure that you choose the correct one in the import.
Also, check if the CSV encoding is "UTF-8 with BOM," it can also be an issue, so please convert the file into UTF-8 only.
