Error when linking Jira to Zendesk

Hi all, 

We're attempting to link our Jira platform to Zendesk using the application, but are receiving the below error message after entering our subdomain and allowing it access; 

This is the cloud based version of Jira if that matters? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 To me personally it does not works 

And I don't see any problem there
