Whenever I try to enter Xray settings menu, I get the following error message.
Error rendering Web Panel
The Xray health check has detected errors upon installation. Please contact your Jira administrator.
How I can solve this issue.

I recommend you contact x-ray support directly and they will troubleshoot your issues. They are very good at getting back.
