Following is the error message:

 

The connection property 'zeroDateTimeBehavior' acceptable values are: 'CONVERT_TO_NULL', 'EXCEPTION' or 'ROUND'. The value 'convertToNull' is not acceptable.

 

I am using MySQL v8.0.12 and JIRA v7.11.1

So I downgraded my Mysql to 5.7 version and was able to fix this. I downgraded based on this ticket https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-67359 which mentions about JIRA supporting MySQL 8.
